By accessing and using Arizona Mobile Repair Shop's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Arizona Mobile Repair Shop provides mobile device repair services, device trade-in services, and retail sales of mobile devices, accessories, and related products. All services are subject to availability and our discretion.

3. Repair Services

When you submit your device for repair:

  • You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the device or have authorization to request repairs.
  • You understand that repairs may void manufacturer warranties.
  • We will make every effort to preserve your data, but we are not responsible for data loss during repairs.
  • Repair times are estimates and may vary based on parts availability and complexity.
  • A diagnostic fee may apply if you choose not to proceed with the repair.

4. Trade-In Services

When trading in your device:

  • You confirm that the device is legally owned by you and not stolen.
  • The trade-in value is based on the condition and functionality of the device at the time of assessment.
  • Final trade-in value may differ from the initial estimate after physical inspection.
  • Once a trade-in is completed, it cannot be reversed.
  • You must remove all personal data and disable all security features before trade-in.

5. Purchases and Payments

For all purchases:

  • Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase or upon pickup/delivery of repaired devices.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and cash.
  • All sales are subject to product availability.

6. Warranty

Repair services come with a limited warranty:

  • Screen repairs: 90-day warranty on parts and labor.
  • Battery replacements: 30-day warranty on parts and labor.
  • Other repairs: Warranty period varies by repair type (specified at time of service).
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications after repair.

7. Limitation of Liability

Arizona Mobile Repair Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
